Rain halted Bangladesh's march against India in the second One-Day International (ODI) at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium here on Sunday.

Bangladesh bowlers bowled superbly, picking up wickets at regular intervals to make life difficult for visitors India. India were struggling at 196/8 in 43.5 overs after skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and decided to bat.

Ravindra Jadeja (19 not out) and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (unbeaten 2) were at the crease when play was stopped.
