Arsenal midfielder and team captain Tomas Rosicky and Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech were both named in a 21-man Czech Republic squad for the World Cup 2014 qualifier against Italy here June 7.
Coach Michal Bilek also Thursday named one newcomer in the squad, defender Vaclav Prochazka from Czech top-flight side Viktoria Plzen, reports Xinhua.
Italy lead qualifying Group B with 13 points from five games played, ahead of Bulgaria with 10 points from six games and the Czech Republic with eight points from five games.
