The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Thursday paid homage to Bhimrao Ambedkar on his 125th birth anniversary.
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh organised a march accompanied by band here and performed a guard of honour at a statue of Ambedkar, a key architect of India's constitution.
In Mhow, where Ambedkar was born, RSS volunteers played band and blew a bugle to honour the Dalit icon.
Born on April 14, 1891, Ambedkar was a jurist, politician and social reformer who campaigned against oppression of Dalits. He died on December 6, 1956.
