City-based Servion Global Solutions is mulling plans to offer customer interaction management solutions on cloud computing basis, look at large managed services deals and also focus on the European market with Britain as its hub, said a top company official.

"We are planning to offer our solutions on the cloud (delivery of computing resources as services over the internet) in a bigger way. We do provide the cloud computing services to some clients on private basis. We are studying various aspects like whether to partner with another or offer the services ourselves. It will be a global strategy," K. Balakrishnan, managing director, told reporters here Wednesday.

"The investment required depends on the model we finally decide on. In the US offering our kind of services on the cloud is very mature," added G. Shankaran Nair, president-strategy, consulting and delivery.

The Rs.220 crore Servion Global offers its solutions majorly to banking and telecom sectors and plans to hire around 150 people this fiscal.

"Nearly 50 percent of our revenues are from the US and the balance is equally from India and Asia Pacific regions," Balakrishnan said.

Speaking about the company's Europe plans, Balakrishnan said the acquisition of the UK based JAMS operating in a similar domain enables Servion Global to have stronger presence in the region.

"We now plan to have UK as the hub for the European market," he said.
