Seven killed in mine blast in eastern Ukraine

At least seven miners were killed and two others went missing following an explosion at a mine in eastern Ukraine, authorities said Friday.
The blast occurred Thursday night at the Grand Invest Mine in Donetsk region at a depth of 300 metres, trapping the nine miners underground, Xinhua reported citing the State Service for Emergencies.
Rescuers were searching for the two missing workers.
