Indian film star Shah Rukh Khan will host a dinner in honour of Apple CEO Tim Cook on Wednesday at his residence 'Mannat'. Celebrities, including actor-producer Aamir Khan, will be among the star attendees.
According to sources, the details of Cook's visit to Shah Rukh's house are kept hush-hush, and that "it is a very private gathering".
Shah Rukh is one of Bollywood's top-rated actors, and is a producer who strongly believes in bringing new-age technology to Indian cinema via his movies -- a case in point being "Ra.One" and "Fan". So, one can expect some interesting conversation between SRK and Cook.
Apart from Aamir, known for his films like "3 Idiots" and "PK", the gathering will also see a few businessmen joining in.
Cook is in India on his first official visit to the country.
On Wednesday, he announced that the tech giant would establish a Design and Development Accelerator facility in Bengaluru, the home of India's startup scene.
He also took out time to visit the famed Shree Siddhivinayak temple. There is also news that Cook plans to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday during his Delhi visit.
