Singer Shalmali Kholgade, known for tracks like "Pareshaan" and "Balam pichkari", caught up with actress-singer Anusha Dandekar on the set of "India's Next Top Model 2". She became nostalgic about how Anusha helped her in her initial days in the industry.

For a new episode of "India's Next Top Model 2", Shalmali will be seen as one of the judges. For her, it was special to meet Anusha, who was her fashion guru once upon a time.

When Shalmali just stepped into the industry, Anusha gave her some styling tips which worked wonders for her.

Talking about their good times, Shalmali said in a statement: "I was super kicked to meet Anusha after all these years. She was extremely sweet to give me some really important lessons when I was new in the industry and nervous... It went on to prove very helpful.

"Seeing her was like meeting that dear old friend, so yes, it did take me down the memory lane."

"I just loved the way the kids try mimicking Shekhar, Shaan and me. They are so talented at such a tender age and I envision a born actor in each of them," Neeti said.
