An irrigation solution focused on smart agriculture to enable water conservation with optimal crop irrigation emerged winners at ITC Infotech's two-day Internet of Things (IoT) hackathon.
Aditya Bhola, Manoharan Ramasamy, Ravi Sharma and Hansraj won a purse of Rs.2,00,000 for their Smart Agriculture project which was one of the competition categories among Smart Retail, Smart Manufacturing and Smart Supply Chain, ITC Infotech said in a statement on Monday.
"We have witnessed great potential and some very creative IoT solutions developed by contestants from all categories, which was the aim of the hackathon. We definitely look forward to partner with the top contestants who have potential to develop their solution," said ITC Infotech CEO and MD Sushma Rajagopalan.
