Actress Sonakshi Sinha will be making her debut at a music festival with her maiden performance at the Bollywood Music Project.
The actress, who made her debut into singing with a new single titled "Ishqoholic" in 2015, has also begun her training sessions for her 40 minute performance. She will be seen singing some of the songs like "Ishqoholic", "Joganiyan" from "Tevar" and "Rajj rajj ke" from "Akira", read a statement.
Presented by Radius Developers, Hungama Bollywood Music Project festival -- curated by IP company, Event Capital in alliance with talent management company TM Talent Management -- aims at inculcating new ways of consuming Bollywood music. More than 70 musicians from the Bollywood fraternity will be seen jamming together. It will be held at Jio Garden, BKC here on September 30 and October 1.
Deepak Choudhary, Founder and Director, Event Capital said: "When Tarsame Mittal and I discussed the concept with Sonakshi, she was instantly elated and wanted to make her debut at a music festival with a festival of the stature of Bollywood Music Project. We truly believe that her debut on the live festival scene will create an exemplary experience for the audiences."
The line-up at the festival includes names like Amit Trivedi, Arijit Singh, Sunidhi Chauhan, Badshah, Papon, Divya Kumar, Mohammed Irfan, Shefali Alvares, Joe Alvares, Hariharan, Akhsay, Sajid-Wajid, Sachin-Jigar, Shalmali Kholgade, Nakash Aziz and Zubeen Garg.
