Sony Music acquires music rights of 'Dear Zindagi'

Sony Music Entertainment has acquired the music rights of Gauri Shinde directorial "Dear Zindagi".

"Dear Zindagi" is Shinde's second film after Sridevi starrer "English Vinglish", and has compositions by Amit Trivedi, read a statement issued on behalf of Sony Music Entertainment.

The film, produced by Gauri Khan, Karan Johar and R Balki under the banners of Red Chillies Entertainment, Dharma Productions and Hope Productions respectively, stars Alia Bhatt, Shah Rukh Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Kunal Kapoor, Ali Zafar and Angad Bedi.

"Dear Zindagi" is scheduled for release on November 25.
