The southwest monsoon weakened over coastal Karnataka even as rain and thundershowers are expected in most places in coastal and south interior Karnataka, the meteorological department said on Wednesday.
The weatherman also predicted rainfall at a few places in north interior Karnataka.
"Benglauru is likely to experience a generally cloudy sky with a spell or two of rain and thundershowers on Wednesday," officials said.
The city experienced traces of rainfall on Tuesday.
"The maximum temperature is likely to be around 28.3 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature would be around 20.4 degrees Celsius."
On Tuesday, Bengaluru recorded a maximum temperature of 28.3 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average while the minimum temperature matched the season's average at 20.4 degrees Celsius.
