India, playing for lower placings, helped themselves to a 2-0 win over Colombia in the 13-16 semifinals and will take on Mexico for 13th place in the WSF World women's team squash championship being played at Niagara-on-the-Lake here.
Courtesy the win Friday night, India will fight it out against Mexico next for the 13th place.
In the match against Colombia, a tussle between two teams in the same seeding bracket, the Indian women were comfortable throughout.
Joshna Chinappa won her match against Catalina Pelaez in 20 minutes while Anaka Alankamony accounted for Laura Tovar in 26 minutes -- both contests ending in straight games.

13th-16th semi finals - India beat Colombia 2-0 (Joshana Chinappa bt Catalina Pelaez 11-1, 11-5, 13-11 (20 minutes); Anaka Alankamony bt Laura Tovar 11-9, 11-7, 11-5 (26 minutes).
