Srinivas Vemuri joins Spice Digital as President-Product and Marketing

Spice Digital Limited, a subsidiary of Spice Mobility, on Monday appointed telecom veteran Srinivas S Vemuri as its President-Product and Marketing.

Srinivas, who was earlier with Bharti Airtel, will look after product deliveries and strategy across geographies.

"I am hopeful that this change would give me new opportunities to explore the telecom industry deeper and add value to the organisation with my experience," said Srinivas.

Spice Digital Limited (SDL) was founded in 2000 to serve mobile operators across the globe to provide entertainment, infotainment, utility and self-care products and services.

The SDL has received the final licence from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), allowing the company to process bill payments as a Bharat Bill Payment Operating Unit (BBPOU) in the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS).
