As part of its silver jubilee celebrations, SunTec Business Solutions, headquartered in the capital city, Friday announced 'Xelerator', a $1 million seed funding initiative to encourage entrepreneurship amongst college students.
Nanda Kumar, founder and CEO of SunTec, told reporters here that through this programme the company will identify up to 10 ideas from the students.
"Xelerator initiative has been set up with the objective to create a culture of innovation and motivate young minds into entrepreneurship," said Kumar.
For identifying young brains, SunTec will visit 30 major engineering campuses, across south India within six months, and the students can propose their ideas to the expert panel.
