Taiwan quake death toll rise to 83

The death toll from a powerful earthquake that struck Taiwan on February 6 has increased to 83, authorities announced on Friday.
According to an official update on the casualties, 81 victims were pulled out from the rubble of Tainan's city collapsed Wei Guan residential complex, the most seriously damaged, Xinhua news agency reported.
The 6.7-magnitude earthquake hit Kaohsiung.
