Teenager rapes eight-year-old in Agra
A teenager has been arrested for allegedly raping an eight-year-old girl who had ventured to graze goats, police said on Tuesday.
The 14-year-old boy was arrested late Monday in Sadar Bazar area, police officer J.N. Asthana said.
Police said the boy later tried to strangle the girl but she escaped. Her family contacted the police.
