Actor Atharvaa-starrer Tamil action-thriller "Kanithan", currently running in cinemas, may be remade in Telugu and Hindi, a source said.
"Talks have been initiated for Telugu and Hindi remakes. While Allu Arjun may star in the Telugu remake, the makers plan to approach Arjun Kapoor for its Hindi version. Nothing has been finalized yet," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
An investigative thriller about fake certificates scam, the film has been received well by audiences and critics alike.
Directed by debutant T.N. Santhosh, the film also stars Catherine Tresa and Tarun Arora.
