Three suspected militants killed in Thailand
Three suspected militants were killed and another arrested in a clash with Thai government forces in Pattani's Thung Yang Daeng district Tuesday.
The clash occurred after police and a 50-strong team of soldiers from Pattani Task Force 25 and the 41th Rangers Regiment surrounded and searched a "target site" behind a pondok, or Islamic traditional school, Xinhua reported.
No policemen or soldiers were wounded in the gun battle.
