Turkmenistan and Pakistan will on Wednesday review the progress on the multi-billion dollar Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline project.
During Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Malikgulyyewic Berdimuhamedov's two-days visit to Islamabad, Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is expected to talk about the progress of TAPI project, Radio Pakistan reported.
The ground-breaking of the 1,814-km pipeline was held last December during Sharif's visit to Ashgabat.
The two countries are also expected to sign a number of agreements for bolstering cooperation in diverse fields.
