Two-wheeler and three-wheeler-maker TVS Motor Company closed last month with 27 percent sales growth, the company said.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the company said it sold 250,835 units (two-wheelers 241,668 units, three-wheelers 9,167 units) last month, up from 197,409 units (two-wheelers 189,609 units, three-wheelers 7,800 units) sold in September 2013.
The company has posted 35 percent growth during the second quarter of the 2014-15 financial year with total sales of around 677,000 units against around 501,000 units recorded in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.
