UP voter rises above caste: Minister
The Uttar Pradesh voter has risen above caste for the first time, Minister of State in the PMO Jitendra Singh said on Saturday.
"For the first time we are seeing people rising above caste in Uttar Pradesh. The voters have moved a step ahead of politicians," he said, as the BJP cruised to victory in the country's most populous state.
