Dutch football star Robin Van Persie on Monday underwent his first training session with his boyhood club Feyenoord Rotterdam here.
"1st training back with the team, @Feyenoord #RVPHomecoming," the forward tweeted.
The 34-year-old made his senior football career debut with Feyenoord in 2001. He scored 15 goals in 61 appearances for the club till 2004, before he moved to English football giants Arsenal.
Van Persie also helped the club clinch the UEFA Cup in the 2001-02 season.
Feyenoord, who are currently placed fifth in the Eredivisie points table will next take on sixth positioned FC Utrecht on January 25.
