Rapper Lil Wayne has reportedly warned rapper Birdman that he will drag him and his label Cash Money to court if he does not release their album "Tha Carter V".
According to a source, Wayne has issued a simple ultimatum, in writing to Birdman to release "Tha Carter V" pronto, else he will sue to leave Cash Money altogether, reports tmz.com.
Wayne is said to be standing firm in his belief the album is ready to go -- but Birdman still says there's a lot of behind-the-scenes work left to be done.
The duo is still not speaking to each other. Wayne is only focused on the album as he wants it to be released as soon as possible.
