You have to hand it to Apple. Just when everyone thinks a market is saturated, it comes up with a new product which completely changes the way everyone looks at the market. The iPhone was the best example of this, till now. When a host of me-toos entered the market and began to make touch phones at lower price points, Apple just changed the game and came up with the iPad. Companies who constantly crib about how their consumers are deserting them would do well to learn from Apple — companies have to anticipate their consumers needs and, if need be, create products that consumers think they need.
