Union Minister Kamal Nath isn’t done venting his grievances against the Planning Commission even after criticising it openly. At an awards function earlier this month, he talked about a flyover on the Delhi-Jaipur highway that could not be built because the planners did not approve it. “I will not tell you who these planners are. These planners have no accountability and do not have to face the people; they just have to make plans,” he said, making it abundantly clear whom he was targeting.
