A Congress chief minister is happy that A P J Abdul Kalam did not come anywhere close to becoming the President. She hopes the Rashtrapati Bhavan will be sparkling clean once Pranab Mukherjee takes over. “Lot of dust,” she says disapprovingly about Kalam’s tenure. Obviously, dusting is not a strong point of the Rashtrapati Bhavan staff.
