Patanjali Yoga Foundation offers a 14-day offline ‘Yoga & Meditation’ retreat at Rishikesh, where you experience traditional Hatha Yoga, "Patanjali yoga", and get insights into yoga philosophy and different meditation techniques. Another offline programme they offer shares insights into ayurvedic diet, herbs and medicines to stay healthy and treat diseases.
