CBA to setup centers in 10 cities, seeks Franchise or Partnership model for expansion

Corporate Bridge Academy (CBA), India’s only global full-service training firm, providing instructor-led training and e-learning financial training solutions has plans to expand in 10 new cities by FY2011 fired by the increasing demand for its Practical courses in the last six months.

CBA’s Instructor led training programs are currently offered in Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi & Ahmadabad.

CBA deals with various advanced financial job oriented, industry focused courses viz. Equity Research, Investment banking, Private Equity, Fundamental Stock Market Analysis, Investment Research, US CFA and GARP’s FRM . “CBA has trained more than 1000+ students/ industry practitioners on Equity Research & Investment Banking. We have been receiving a lot of queries for our courses coming from cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkatta.” said Managing Director Dheeraj Vaidya.

The opening of Bangalore centre which is already under way will be operative from March with plans to expand in other cities like: Hyderabad, Kolkatta, Bangloare, Indore, Chennai, Jaipur, Chandigarh etc.

CBA intends to offer these programs on a Pan-India level in the next six-eight months. In the past, CBA has also offered joint certification programs with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Equity Research & Investment Banking based in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. 80% of the program delivery is based using MS EXCEL and hence, all their programs are practice in nature.

CBA has no competition in India & it only competes with Financial institutions offering similar courses in the USA. CBA’s Self Study Online Trainings (www.cbacademy.in) are offered through Video Lectures, Animated Presentations, Self Assessment Tests and Mock Examinations.  The Elearning arm primarily caters to the needs of those participants who cannot attend CBA’s offline training programs. Additionally, CBA also intends to offer these self-study online training programs in places like Dubai, Singapore, New York, London, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia etc

To help students with difficult topics and for providing them with interesting reads, CBA hosts various blogs on finance which have been experiencing heavy traffic in the last six months.
