IDBI Bank Wins Dun & Bradstreet Banking Awards 2011 for Overall Best Bank & Best Public Sector Bank

Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), the world’s leading provider of global business information, knowledge and insight, announced and presented the ‘Dun & Bradstreet – Polaris Software Banking Awards 2011’ in Mumbai. Shri R.M. Malla, CMD, IDBI Bank received the award for two categories - Overall Best Bank in India and the Best Public Sector Bank in India.

The ‘Dun & Bradstreet - Polaris Software Banking Awards 2011’ seek to recognize the growth and resilience of the Indian banking industry. The universe of the banks considered for the award are the top 62 commercial banks in the country (26 Public Sector banks, 20 Private Sector banks and 16 Foreign banks) with total income of Rs. 1,000 million and above.
