IMImobile, a global mobile data technology infrastructure and solutions provider to telecom operators, media companies and enterprises, today announced its partnership with tree worldwide, a leading market research and data analysis company. The two companies will offer a suite of customer insight and engagement services, in Asian markets, to mobile operators, brands and enterprises. The partnership builds on successful projects with leading brands, such as Telefonica UK, a mobile operator, and ‘Which?’ India, one of the largest consumer rights organisations.
The customer relationship management (CRM) suite is designed to interrogate ‘big data’, draw insight and implement personalised retention campaigns, enabling partners to gain competitive advantage. IMImobile and tree worldwide will help clients in Asia to better understand consumer behaviour and implement targeted, real-time customer engagement strategies, based on individual situations, actions and preferences.
The CRM suite encompasses a range of services including data analytics, campaign planning, customer engagement strategies, campaign fulfilment (easily integrated into existing CRM systems), multimode campaign delivery (Twitter, Facebook, SMS, MMS, Voice and E-mail), and evaluation and insight.
“As our digital lives continue to evolve and increase in complexity, data management has become the cornerstone of any CRM strategy. New analysis and insight models are revolutionising traditional processes by enabling the interrogation of dynamic, behaviourally oriented data, such as page visits, consumer behaviour, usage pattern, transaction history and location, and so on, that are central to ‘big data’,” says Madhavan Iyer, Senior Vice President Operations, IMImobile. “IMImobile and tree worldwide have successfully pioneered these new models, and we look forward to bringing these cutting edge capabilities to brands in Asia and extend our relationships for them with the cutting edge Customer Lifecycle Management proposition.”
“IMImobile has a strong footprint across Asia, with unrivalled mobile operator relationships. We are delighted to enter a formal relationship with the company after our early projects with Telefonica UK and ‘Which?’ India,” said Matthew Bayfield, Managing Partner, tree worldwide. “Our joint service portfolio can help companies identify, explore and take advantage of new business opportunities to reduce churn and increase the share of the customer wallet.”
