Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (B.S.E Code: no: 532904), one of the most versatile Infrastructure companies in India has bagged in two new work orders worth Rs. 85.4 cr in the 2nd quarter of the financial year.
The first contract is awarded by Rolta India Ltd is for Civil, Structural & Allied works of Rolta Towers at Andheri East at Marol in Mumbai. This project worth Rs. 20 cr and is expected to be completed in a span of next 12 months.
The second contract worth Rs. 65.4 cr is awarded by RNA Corp Ltd and is for Construction of Residential quarters of about 19 floors with 8 wings in Mira Road – East.
Commenting on the order Mr. Vikas B. Sharma, Director, Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd said “We are seeing good traction in our buildings division and the recent orders from Rolta India and RNA Corp boosts the prospects of this division in the overall business for Supreme Infrastructure.”
Recent Developments:
Issue of Shares on Preferential basis
- Supreme Infrastructure India Limited allotted 8,66,275 shares to Supreme Construction & Developers Pvt. Ltd. & Pivotal Securities Pvt. Ltd. On a preferential basis at Rs. 225/- per share.
- The funds raised from the preferential allotment are expected to be used towards expansion & growth in the BOT segments.
Some of its ongoing projects include:
- Construction of low cost housing projects for MMRDA
- Construction of IT Park in Powai
- Construction of Kapurthala Judicial Court Complex at Punjab
- Construction of 4-Laning of Road along Sidhwan Canal at Punjab
