Nearly 500 protestors blocked tracks at Baihata Railway station affecting train services in Lower Assam, official sources said.
Senior police and civil officials intervened to have the blockade withdrawn.
The Manas-Rhino Passenger was controlled at Rangiya Railway station, the Secunderabad Express at Changsari and the Rajdhani Express and Kamrup Express at Guwahati.
Forum Working President Purna Kanta Mahanta told PTI that besides exclusion of non-Bodo villages from the Bodoland Territorial Administered Districts, non-Bodos were also opposed to the creation of a separate Bodoland.
"We demand security for all non-Bodos in the area,"he said.
