Shafiq Wani, who was evading arrested since July 6, was arrested by a team of Rajbagh police station from a dhaba in the district where he was hiding and working as a dishwasher from the last 10 days, a police officer said.
It should be noted that the accused's brother had filed a habeas corpus in the high court alleging that Wani was kept in illegal confinement by the people of Rajbagh area.
