1 held on charge of duping youths

One person was today arrested on charges of duping youths with false assurance to provide employment in a private steel major company here.
The accused, Santosh Mandal, a resident of Tiring in Odisha, had promised job in a well known company to a youth and demanded Rs.80,000/- from him, said Jamshedpur Lok Sabha Constituency President of Youth Congress, Paritosh Singh.
A police officer said the YC activists handed over the accused to them and he admitted to the police of having duped four/five youths in the past.
