The incident took place yesterday about 60 kms from here when the truck collided with the tractor-trolley loaded with 40 people, police said today.
The victims were on their way to Nagla Mohan village in Kotwali from Mainpuri, SHO of Raja ka Rampur police station Devendra Shankar Panday said.
The woman died on the spot while the injured have been admitted to hospital, he said, adding, police have seized the truck and taken the driver into custody.
