The girl was raped by one Anwar last night, who had forcibly took her to a lonely place near an under-construction building after finding her alone, they said, adding he also threatened her with dire consequences if she disclosed the matter to anybody.
Later, the accused was arrested, they said.
The victim has been sent for medical examination, police said.
