13-year-old girl raped; one held
Rangaraju, who was absconding after the incident on December 18, was arrested today, police said.
The accused took the eighth standard student on his motorcycle following her mother's request to drop her at the school and raped her, police said.
He had threatened her not to disclose the incident.
The girl was going to school in the evening to go on a study tour, sources said.
