130 sovereigns looted from two houses

In separate cases, gold ornaments weighing 130 sovereigns were today looted from two houses near here, police said.
The inmates were away when the incidents occurred.
In the first incident, 100 sovereigns were stolen from a house while 30 sovereigns were looted from a doctor's house in the second case, police said.
