The auto rickshaw driver took the victim to an abandoned ONGC site and raped her yesterday evening, Gudivada Rural Circle Inspector B Janardhan Rao said.
She was admitted to a government hospital where her condition is stable, he said.
A case has been registered at the Mundinepalli police station, but no arrest has been made.
A manhunt has been launched to nab the accused, police said.
