15 hurt in cylinder explosion in Rajahmundry

Fifteen persons were injured, one of them seriously, when an LPG cylinder exploded in a busy market place near Rajahmundry railway station in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh tonight, police said.
The incident occurred in the Arti Palla market at around 10PM when a vendor was cooking food inside a vehicle, a police officer attached to Two Town police station said.
While 14 injured persons were rushed to government hospital, one with serious burn injuries was taken to a corporate hospital.
