The body of Nisha Singh was found hanging in her room in Mandawali Nagar in East Delhi, they said.
No suicide note was found and no causal lead for the death has been identified, police said, adding, the girl was staying with her parents.
In a similar case, Rekha (28), a resident of Ambika Vihar locality in Karawal Nagar in North-East Delhi, was found hanging from a noose made of her sari in her room last evening, police said.
Rekha, from Etah in Uttar Pradesh, lived with her husband Anand (31), who works in a private company, and two children.
