The duo, identified as Ramesh Kumar (40) and M Srikant (23) were nabbed.
The incident occurred this evening under Abdullapurmet Mandal when the girl, a class IX student, was walking towards her house, police said.
"The duo obstructed her and tried to force her into car when one passer-by noticed it and followed them while informing the matter to local residents who immediately caught hold of one of them and informed to police who tracked another person at Majidpur village outskirts," according to police.
