Keshab Barman and Gopal Sarkar were arrested after they received a tip-off about the duo being involved in trafficking of narcotics.
The duo were arrested yesterday by police in Rajouri Garden area after they were spotted carrying plastic bags. During search, 14.4 kilograms of marijuana was recovered from them, police said.
Investigations brought out that Barman was previously arrested for possessing 3.6 kilograms of marijuana, they said.
A case has been registered against the two under NDPS Act, police said.
