Police arrested Chandeshwar (31) and Arjun Singh (33) from Govindpuri area in South East Delhi and recovered 53 mobiles, 130 tables of Ativan tablets used for drugging, gold chain, gold lockets, battery and watches from their possession.
During interrogation, the accused said they used to procure the banned drug from different medical stores by showing them fake medical prescription.
Initially, they used to rob the auto-drivers by hiring them and later they started booking cabs with stolen mobile phones so that their identity could not be established, added police.
