18-year-old Mohit Singh and Deepak Singh (17) were hit by the truck laden with cattle, said police station in-charge Arvind Yadav.
The truck, which belonged to cattle smugglers, was seized and its passengers were held, Yadav said.
The bodies were sent for post mortem examination.
Meanwhile, infuriated over the incident, locals blocked traffic near Babusaria area for over two hours, hitting movement of traffic on Allahabad-Varanasi route.
Union minister Kalraj Misra, who was on his way to Varanasi, also had to face hardship because of the road block.
