In the first incident, a 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by the accused Jaspreet Singh at her residence in Shaheedgarg village in April. Later, he kidnapped the girl.
Singh was arrested along with the girl from Patiala last night, they said.
Later, the victim in her complaint said that he threatened to kill her parents if she refused to go along with him.
In another incident, a 23-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly abducting a minor girl here, police said.
Both of them have been booked in separate cases, they added.
