The accused, Yudhvir alias Kalu Pandit, was arrested near Holambi Khurd and four country-made pistols were seized from him, they said.
The police said that on October 12, Yudhvir, along with his associates, had fired at Amit, a day after they had an argument with his friend, to scare him.
He had fired in the air to extort money from a provision store owner on October 14 and later that day, he fired again to scare a man, following a scuffle, they said.
Though the accused managed to escape, Ravinder was arrested.
Kundu and Ravinder took valet parking contracts during the marriage season and were having a dispute. Yudhvir had met them to settle it, they said.
However, an argument ensued and he shot at Kundu. Ravinder was injured in the crossfire, the police said.
