21-yr old woman found dead

A 21-year-old woman has been found dead under mysterious circumstances at her in-law's house in Hazrat Nizamuddin area of south-east Delhi, police said today.
The deceased has been identified as Najni, who got married to Mohammad Ali in May this year.
Although woman's in-laws claimed that Najni committed suicide, her family members alleged that she was killed over dowry.
According to police, the incident came to light last night when Ali's neighbours informed Najni's father Rashid about her death. Rashid claimed that there were several injury marks on his daughter's body.
Najni's body was handed over to family after post-mortem today.

"A case has been registered at Hazrat Nizamuddin police station and further investigation was on," said a police official.
He also said that since Najni died within seven years of her marriage, an SDM enquiry has also been initiated.
