The incident came to light yesterday when Rosika's body was discovered by her colleagues in her hostel room. She did not report to work that day and her colleagues had come to check on her.
Though no suicide note was found, police found that she had a quarrel with a fellow nurse who was also her roommate.
Even though the duo had patched up, Rosika was still upset. Her friend had also shifted to another room.
Police will speak to her friend and her family members to probe why she took the extreme step.
