Manish was returning from Ajmer to Agra in a car along with his father Anil Goyal and lawyer when a group of armed men, travelling in another car, stopped them and shot him dead last night, they said.
The gunmen allegedly assaulted Goel and the lawyer before taking the car away, he said.
Manish was taken to a hospital in Agra where he was declared brought dead, they said.
Investigation in the case is on, they added.
